❓ What’s in a Mystery Scoop?
Each scoop includes 20+ cute and useful items — from stickers, pens, notebooks, washi tapes to small accessories like pins and bag charms.
We scoop randomly from a big bowl of beads, and every bead is linked to a surprise product.
No two scoops are ever the same!
❓ Can I choose what goes into my scoop?
Nope — that’s the fun of it! 🎁
All items are randomized, so it’s truly a surprise every time.
But don’t worry — we avoid repeats in the same scoop, and all items are soft, cute, and carefully selected.
❓ Do you ship to the US?
Yes! We currently ship to the United States.
Other countries may be added in the future — stay tuned 💌
❓ How much is shipping?
US shipping is free on all orders over $38.9.
For orders under $38.9, a flat rate of $6.9 applies.
❓ How long does shipping take?

📦 Shipping time to US: usually 8–15 business days
(We’ll send you a tracking number when your order ships!)
❓ Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all products are surprise-based and packed with care, all sales are final.
